Creative Impulse Workshop

Service Description

In a supportive space of up to 15 participants, you’ll be guided through a creative journey that begins with a short meditation to help you settle into your body and connect with your inner artist. From there, we explore the canvas with vibrant paints, flowing brushwork, and intuitive expression. Led by Oceana—artist, art therapist, and creative facilitator—this workshop is not about painting something “perfect,” but about exploring the joy of the process, connecting to your essence, and allowing your creativity to flow freely.
