Creative Immersions are guided group experiences that invite people to slow down, connect, and express through art, symbol, movement, reflection, and shared presence.
Each container is designed to be accessible and supportive, offering a creative pause from everyday life. You do not need to be an artist. The focus is on process, curiosity, connection, and what may gently emerge through the creative act.

Creative Circles
Gentle group spaces for creative expression, reflection and connection. Sessions may weave together meditation, art making, journaling, movement, sharing and symbolic exploration.
Creative Immersions & Group Art Therapy
Longer themed experiences using creativity for self connection, reflection and exploration. Workshops can be playful and expressive or held with a deeper therapeutic intention, depending on the group.
Retreats, Workplaces & Private Groups
Tailored creative experiences for retreats, organisations, community groups and private gatherings. Each session is shaped around the people, setting and intention.

I bring over five years of experience holding creative group spaces, alongside my background in transpersonal art therapy and expressive group facilitation.
